Refund Processing

Return Shipping & Additional Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error in your order.
• We do not cover or reimburse any additional charges, such as return shipping fees, customs duties, or bank processing fees.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase for a refund and place a new order.
